The LIQUI MOLY GmbH offers vehicle workshops a profitable and time-saving possibility for removing contamination and deposits from the combustion process in the engine using the automatic cleaning unit, JET CLEAN TRONIC. JET CLEAN TRONIC enables the fully automatic engine system cleaning for gasoline and diesel engines, even the newest generations. In addition, tanks can be drained and water or other residues can be filtered from fuels using this device.

Diesel and gasoline fuels for passenger cars and trucks will guarantee an effective and clean combustion in the engine, when provided with the corresponding additives. Afterwards, residues collect at high-pressure and distributor pumps, pipe and rail systems or carbonization from ash residues collects at nozzles, valves and combustion chambers.
These often stubborn residues influence the performance and life span of the machines. Increased fuel consumption with decreasing engine performance and vibrations while idling are the results. Furthermore, poor emissions values from the insufficient combustion harm the environment.
The cleaning of the affected components, like, for example, the throttle valves and EGR valves, is thereby associated with expensive removal and installation work for the technician. This means a high financial expenditure for the customer and a large time commitment for the vehicle technician due to the manual cleaning.

JET CLEAN TRONIC: Functionality
With JET CLEAN TRONIC, LIQUI MOLY GmbH, Germany, has developed a system that enables a fully automatic cleaning. According to LIQUI MOLY, primarily mixture formation and injection systems should be able to be simply and professionally cleaned of residues using JET CLEAN TRONIC. The approx. 100 cm large device is installed on a practical dolly including additional storage spaces. The inlet and outlet hoses from JET CLEAN TRONIC are to be directly connected to the fuel lines of the engine for engine cleaning. As power supply, the device uses the battery of the vehicle to be cleaned. As soon as JET CLEAN TRONIC is filled with high-performance cleaning additives, the cleaning process can begin. The process lasts approx. 30 minutes, depending on the program.
JET CLEAN TRONIC can also be used on the newest generation engines. After every cleaning, the device is cleaned with a special cleaning agent, again fully automatically. In this way JET CLEAN TRONIC can be used in any version of gasoline as well as diesel engines.
