Consumers: LIQUI MOLY Is Leading Lubrication Brand

German motor oil brand better than Shell, Mobil, and BP

Ulm, March 1, 2010 – LIQUI MOLY has been elected one of the best lubrication brands in 2009. The German car magazine “Auto Zeitung” asked its readers to vote on top brands. 20.000 participated in the ballot and catapulted LIQUI MOLY to number 2 position in the lubrication segment. LIQUI MOLY left behind brands like Shell, Esso, Mobil, and BP. Back then in 2008 LIQUI MOLY was elected number 5.

“This encourages us to continue focusing on high quality and top performance of our products”, says Ernst Prost, managing partner at LIQUI MOLY. “And it proves that a smaller company like us is more agile and more able to implement consumers’ wishes than huge sluggish sleepy trusts. Now we want to become number one – also in other countries than Germany.”
